Members fee
Fee for members who use us regularly and continuously.
- Prices do not include tax.
- There is no monthly fee and no extra fees for early morning, night or holiday childcare service.

For new users there is a 10,000 yen fee per family. |

There is a 3000 yen renewal fee included in the first month that you start reusing our services to cover the updating of your child’s information record. |

| Babysitting fee
*Minimum usage is 2 hours, with units of 15 minutes. |

| Canceling a day before
*If you cancel between 18:00 two days before to 18:00 the day before your booking, there will be a fee of 25% of the reservation time. |

*If you cancel between 18:00 the day before booking to the day of booking, there will be a fee of 50% of the reservation time. |

| Siblings sitting fee (1 year olds and above, up to 2 children) | 2,700yen/hour |
| Sitter transportation expenses
*There is a maximum round-trip transportation fee of 1,300 yen. |

Single use plan
This is a plan for non-members who use our service irregularly (e.g. once or several times per year).
- Prices do not include tax.
- Transportation charges and additional expenses incurred on the day will be charged separately.

- Suginami child care support ticket
- This support ticket can be used for at home or special location childcare,including events. It will not cover transportation or new membership fees.

- Setagaya sansan support (dispatch of child-rearing support helper)
- Hours of operation: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Support for childcare when parents are at home, can be used for 2 hours between 9:00 to 17:00 (4 hours a day with 2 tickets).

- Setagaya ward Setagaya Childcare Ticket
- This support ticket can be used for at home or special location childcare. It will not cover transportation or new membership fees.
*There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be used.

- Shinjuku ward Single-parent household support
- This is for single-parent families with children who have not yet completed compulsory education.
The amount of the grant depends on the household.
Application procedures are required in advance with Shinjuku ward.

- Chofu City Babysitter Usage Fee Subsidy
- This subsidy applies for children up to the third grade of elementary school.
Half of the fee (excluding transportation and new membership fees) can be subsidised. The maximum subsidy is 4,000 yen per household per day and 28,000 yen per year.

Depending on the discount ticket/subsidy system, it may be possible to use multiple benefit schemes.
